Early years…
Mexican, with a family notable for its absence, a father fallen from grace, and with a mother no longer able to work, I became a provider from a very early age.
An avid reader, music lover, and language enthusiast since childhood, I completed high school graduating as an Accounting Technician while simultaneously studying English (which I completed), French and Italian (which I couldn't finish for financial reasons), and self-taught Latin as a hobby. Due to purely financial reasons, I was unable to finish a university degree, despite being accepted at UNAM, IPN, and UAM.
I've been formally employed since age 16, due to a family history not unlike the common reality of a developing country perpetually in crisis like ours.
My first job was cleaning the restrooms at a gas station, where I later moved through every other possible position.
I was a street market vendor, sold clothes, sold food, worked as a surveyor, telemarketing agent, pharmaceutical salesman, English book seller, debt collector, translator — basically anything that would allow me to survive.
In the year 2000 I bought my first computer through a Telmex installment plan, a Pentium IV that from day one I opened, touched, explored, and formatted (twice, actually) without sleeping, becoming obsessed with everything it could offer me.
My foray into IT…
I began my IT career in 2002; I recovered a compromised website without manuals, just by reading the code and reverse engineering it.
Afterwards I built some websites and taught some courses completely independently; thanks to being a music lover and participating in music forums, I was invited to be an internet radio host. At a party I met a friend who had a small consultancy and I offered to sell his solutions.
I was quite successful, increasing their revenue ×5 in less than a year, but although my friend remains a friend, things didn't work out and I parted ways.
My first venture…
In 2006 I started with the idea of a neighborhood-newspaper-style directory but online, which I called "Búsqueda Zonal" — so functional that Sección Amarilla (Mexico's Yellow Pages) copied part of my source code, annotations and all (I still treasure those screenshots).
Simultaneously I created my consultancy called "TechTempus" (a domain I still own to this day).
Unfortunately it wasn't very profitable, and the 2009 crisis together with the H1N1 pandemic led me to sell my services as an independent consultant for a company handling telematics between the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) and brokerage firms. There I became the first expert on the FIX protocol for financial operations in Mexico and wrote a "For Dummies"-style manual that was still being used in the industry until recently.
After this wonderful time as a consultant, where I made great friends and gained a lot of knowledge, I resumed my own consultancy.
It was then that, in parallel, UNAM — specifically the Office of the General Counsel — commissioned the SIGAE system (Automated Case File Management System), and for other clients I worked on implementing the Openbravo ERP. I continued along that path for a couple more years.
With a bit more business experience under my belt, I renamed my consultancy to AddIT — Administration and Development in Information Technology.
This is where steady growth began, and among other things we started becoming a more specialized digital marketing agency. In turn — and thanks (I believe) to my holistic and pragmatic approach to solutions — I was invited to deliver trainings at various institutions such as: Universidad de las Américas, Universidad Latina, Universidad del Valle de México, Universidad de Sonora, Universidad Autónoma de Tlaxcala, and the Instituto de Desarrollo Jurídico, among others.
By then, I was so immersed in everything internet-related that I decided to reclaim a phrase my clients often said to me: "Hey, you — the one who does that computer stuff" and I gave it both a commercial and legal identity. That's when ANDO HACIENDO ESO DE LA WEB, S.A. DE C.V. was born.
A trip that changed everything…
Already much more stable but still with company processes that depended entirely on me, I decided to take a long trip to Europe, where I told my right-hand man at the time that I was leaving him everything… if he failed, he was out; if everything kept running, I'd make him manager. He accepted the challenge.
I returned and everything was still running with relative independence; with that as a foundation, I took a couple of sabbatical years where I dedicated myself to me and only me for the first time in my life.
Upon my return, and based on my clients' demand for more specialized business hosting services, I founded NUBE NINJA, S.A. DE C.V.
We continued like that for some time, with sustained growth, a stable team, and happy clients; then I diversified my ventures into various brands and projects.
Since we already had experience working with people from other states and countries, during the COVID pandemic we migrated all operations to remote work and it has remained that way to this day. We still have two offices, but you're more likely to find my kids' toys than actual staff.
I got married, had children, and understood the need for a legacy…
I founded Ethical Profits Group under the premise that all my business ventures would be centered around 7 guiding principles: honesty | equality | justice | loyalty | liberty | order | progress.
In 2023 I founded, together with lawyer friends, SAFELY ENGAGED, S.A. DE C.V., where I am in charge of safeguarding clients' digital assets.
Over the years, Ethical Profits Group stopped being just a premise and became the ecosystem that brings together everything I've built: companies, brands, and products that, with hits and misses, try to honor those seven principles every single day.
Artificial Intelligence
Artificial intelligence is the central axis of my current professional practice. I specialize in the design, implementation, and optimization of chatbots, digital copilots, and intelligent process automation, helping my clients leverage these tools to enhance their digital strategies and optimize their business results.
I have worked on various artificial intelligence projects.
Products of my own…
Building products of my own has been part of my work from the very beginning; Quothink, our cloud CRM for quotes, payments, projects, and client portals, has been running since 2015.
With artificial intelligence, that work reached another scale: Goetia and AUXILIAR in 2025, and AGENTE_ in 2026, are platforms of our own that now operate within Ethical Profits Group.
From Mexico to Poland…
Europe had already changed my life once (that long trip from which I returned to a company that ran without me), so it wasn't entirely a surprise when it called me back.
In 2026 I settled in Kraków, Poland, and founded HolaPolska! sp. z o.o., a company where I serve as President of the Management Board and which is part of Ethical Profits Group. The idea is easy to explain and hard to execute: bring to Poland what we've been doing in Mexico for over two decades (technology, digital marketing, hosting, and cybersecurity) and build a bridge for companies and people who want to move between both countries.
Starting over in another country, with another language, other laws, and another winter, comes with a healthy dose of humility: here I'm not "the guy who does that computer stuff", I'm the Mexican who is still wrestling with Polish declensions. That's exactly why PoPolsku! was born, to learn Polish for free, along with NOB, accounting software in your own language.
The challenges are different: e-invoicing, European cybersecurity regulations, and clients expecting answers in three languages.
What I'm building…
Business ecosystem that brings together my companies, brands, and products, guided by seven principles: honesty, equality, justice, loyalty, liberty, order, and progress.

Important extras…
From my story I'm leaving out parts that are either boring or that my memory already fails me on; however, throughout these years I've acquired knowledge in:
Infrastructure & networking
Physical security & electronics
Development & search positioning
And a few more things.
Hard-earned academia…
Even though I already had full professional recognition, since 2022 I decided it was time to collect on a debt life owed me; so, I resumed my formal studies and to date I have achieved:
In addition to the above, I recently discovered — already somewhat older — that I belong to the infamous group of humans with dual exceptionality (HIA + ASD).
On a personal note…
I deeply value my family. I maintain a stoic attitude toward life, an existentialist vision of freedom and responsibility, and a libertarian stance on politics and society under the principles of laissez-faire. In my free time I study philosophy and, as a select group would say: the acacia is known to me.
¿Quo vadis?
This is not a letter of intent; I simply wanted to use this medium to share a little of my story.
To infinity… and beyond!
That's all. Thanks for reading!
